知らなかった。JFile がヴァージョンアップされていたんですね。

早速 support@land-j.com にメールだしてみました。
前にやりとりしたメールをみると、私のアドレスが廃止したアドレスになっていました。
それで、お知らせが来なかったんですね。
この日記書いている最中に返事がきました。

これからTreo650 で試してみます。

    残念ながら JFile のデータベースリスト画面では 5-WayNavi が使えるようになりましたが、詳細画面では使えません。
    T|T3 では5.61a から問題なく使えてますし、この5.65 でも使えてます。
    このことをメールしました。

Correct, the nav buttons in JFile only work in the database list itself. It is on the todo list for a future update to support the navigation buttons on more of the on-screen buttons as well, but it is not there yet.
